The Controller reports to the Director of Finance and overseesthe full accounting cycle and provides accurate, timely financial informationto support business decisions. Key Responsibilities

Financialreporting:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financialstatements, management reports, and supporting schedules. Accountingoperations:

Oversee generalledger activities, reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable, accountsreceivable, payroll accounting, and fixed assets. Month-end and year-end close:

Manageclose schedules, review financial results, investigate variances, and ensure alldeadlines are met. Budgeting and forecasting:

Coordinateannual budgets and periodic forecasts, monitor performance against plan, andexplain significant variances and trends. Internalcontrols and compliance:

Establish and maintain effective financialcontrols, policies, and procedures, and ensure compliance with tax, regulatory,and reporting requirements.



Audit andtax support:

Coordinate external annual audit, prepare supportingdocumentation, respond to auditor inquiries, and support tax filings and otherstatutory reporting. Cash flowand working capital:

Monitor cash flow, banking activity, receivables,payables, inventory, and other working capital accounts. Financialanalysis:

Provide management with clear, actionable analysis ofprofitability, costs, margins, risks, and overall business performance. Systemsand process improvement:

Enhance accounting processes, reporting tools,data quality, automation, and the effective use of financial systems. Teamleadership:

Lead, coach, and develop accounting staff, assignresponsibilities, and maintain appropriate review and approval processes. Qualifications

Current CPA designation. Eight to ten years of progressive accountingexperience; cost accounting experience is preferred. Proficiency with accounting software, preferablyMicrosoft Dynamics 365. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Robust knowledge of financial reporting,budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Experience supervising and mentoring accountingstaff while serving as a financial advisor to senior leadership. Excellent analytical, communication, andproblem-solving skills.
