ParaMed is seeking a nurse specialized in wound, ostomy and continence care to join our nursing health care team. You will provide direct patient care, educate families, and support the care team with consultations for specialty products and nursing care. A strong NSWOC/IIWCC/SWAN background is preferred. RN registration in good standing and at least 1 year of community wound care experience are required. This is a full-time role in home health with opportunities for leadership and growth opportunities.
