Summary
The Senior Client Advisor delivers outstanding customer service, exceeds sales goals, and mentors sales associates. The role builds an exceptional client experience through product knowledge and operational foresight.
Responsibilities
- Provide elevated customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Share product knowledge and support an outstanding client experience.
- Mentor and advise sales associates.
- Use POS and inventory management systems effectively.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and digital skills.
- Team-oriented, goal-oriented approach and ability to advise a team.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and work flexible hours, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
