These specialists analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze detailed finance and accounting processes to identify improvement opportunities across Record‑to‑Report functions such as close and consolidation, internal and external reporting, and general ledger/chart‑of‑accounts design.Assess and enhance budgeting and forecasting capabilities.Examine transactional processes—including inter‑company, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash—and maintain and build cost‑effective controls.Simplify complex processes to improve reliability and achieve cost and cycle‑time reductions while managing work streams of complex projects.Actively participate in client discussions and meetings, managing engagements, preparing concise and accurate documents, and balancing project economics.Lead functional and technical activities such as system application implementations and software configurations.Produce deliverables in a diverse, fast‑paced workplace, collaborating across teams and juggling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.QualificationsConsulting experience with demonstrated experience in finance.Strong understanding of process improvement,



chart‑of‑accounts design and management, and at least one of the following focus areas: finance transformation, performance management, financial systems optimisation, managerial cost accounting, financial modelling.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at various organisational levels.Superior detail orientation, organisation, and analytical skills.Fluency in French is required for Quebec‑based opportunities; it is an asset elsewhere.Prior experience in Oracle Cloud implementations, other ERP experience, and knowledge of Oracle E‑Business Suite, Oracle Cloud, and Oracle CRM.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and the ability to capture client needs and translate them into system functionality.Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $58,400 – $97,500.
