Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Worker to uphold safe, well-maintained facilities across its sites. You will perform repairs, routine maintenance, and cleaning tasks, while supporting the Facilities Manager and responding to service requests.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, a suitable trade or building maintenance background, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
