In this customer facing role, you’ll be identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve an exceptional customer experience.Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:Direct and delegate effectively to the service staffOversee all planning, administration and general management issues,



including the day-to-day supervision of staffOversee work organized by team leaders and direct reportsMaintain a high level of integrity as signing authority for items such as internal work ordersEnsure bottom line profitability for ServicesWork to develop solutions to departmental personnel turnover, including anticipatory needsEnsure the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment is maintained at the highest levelIdentify and assess customer needs to achieve high satisfactionCreate a motivating team environment with a culture of open communicationJob Requirements and Qualifications Include:Knowledge of technical aspects of agriculture and materials handling industries and equipmentStrong computer and typing skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookStrong understanding of labor and bill out rates from service department, piece ranking reports, asset turnover and inventory controlExceptional leadership and time management skillsLicensed AG/Red Seal Technician preferredExperience with CASE agriculture equipment considered a strong assetWe offer a comprehensive benefits package with adaptable plans to suit your needs, along with an employee RRSP matching plan to all full-time employees.
