Our capital markets client is seeking a Product Operations Specialist (4+ years) to coordinate Agile delivery and cloud transformation activities using Jira and Power BI

Join a technology portfolio supporting investment analytics and cloud transformation initiatives within a capital markets environment. This role coordinates Product Operations activities across Agile delivery teams, maintains delivery visibility, supports release readiness, and drives operational reporting through Jira and Power BI. The position works closely with Product Owners, Product Engineering Leaders, Architects, Data teams, and business stakeholders to support portfolio execution and migration readiness.

9 months contract (Initial contract until Dec 31st + extension) Contract, Toronto, Working Hours: EST

3 days a week on site

Must Haves

- 4+ years in Product Operations , Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, Delivery Coordination, Project Coordination, or Program Coordination roles
- Strong Jira expertise including dashboards, workflows, automation, roadmaps, reporting, and dependency tracking
- Strong Power BI experience including dashboard development, operational reporting, data visualization, and KPI reporting
- Practical Agile , Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, and release readiness experience supporting software delivery teams
- Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice to Have

- Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience in financial services, investment management, capital markets, or enterprise technology environments
- Experience supporting cloud migration, modernization, or complex technology change initiatives
- Experience with Azure, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Lean,



Six Sigma, or other process improvement experience

Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day Product Operations activities and operating cadences across the portfolio
- Maintain cloud transformation roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action plans
- Configure and maintain Jira boards, dashboards, workflows, filters, automation, and reporting views
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reporting solutions
- Coordinate release readiness activities across delivery, testing, operational, and dependency areas
- Prepare weekly updates, executive materials, and stakeholder communications for the cloud migration program
- Track backlog health, priorities, risks, dependencies, ownership, and delivery status across teams
