We are strengthening category management, advancing digital enablement, and evolving our operating model to scale impact across a complex global supplier ecosystem.This role sits on the Sourcing and Procurement Leadership Team, helping shape organizational strategy, elevate sourcing maturity, and build capabilities that support Autodesk’s growth, innovation, and ESG commitments.Position OverviewThe Director of Corporate Services and Responsible Sourcing is a senior leadership role responsible for advancing Autodesk’s sourcing maturity, leading high impact category strategies, and enabling consistent execution across a global services portfolio.Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, this role leads a global team responsible for Professional Services, Marketing, and Human Resources sourcing, representing approximately $600M dollars in annual spend. The Director also provides strategic ownership of Autodesk’s Responsible Sourcing program, delivering outcomes through a dedicated Program Manager and close partnership with ESG, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams.This leader serves as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, balancing enterprise value creation, supplier risk management, and stakeholder experience while helping transform how Autodesk engages its third‑party ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesPeople Leadership and EnablementLead, coach, and develop a global team of category and sourcing professionalsEstablish clear strategy, priorities, and success metrics for the Corporate Services portfolio and Autodesk’s Responsible Sourcing programCreate clarity across roles, decision rights, and operating cadence to enable effective executionBuild strong category management and strategic sourcing capabilities across the organizationFoster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvementCategory Strategy and Value DeliveryOwn category strategy across Professional Services, Marketing, and Human ResourcesDevelop multi‑year strategies grounded in business demand, market intelligence, and financial objectivesSponsor complex negotiations and commercial strategies focused on total valueDrive measurable outcomes including cost optimization, demand management,



and supplier rationalizationEnsure consistent application of category management standards and best practicesStrategic Business PartnershipAct as a strategic commercial advisor to senior leaders across Corporate FunctionsInfluence sourcing approaches, investment decisions, and supplier strategiesPartner with Finance Business Partners to align sourcing priorities with planning, forecasting, and long‑range outlooksProvide executive insight on supplier markets, cost drivers, and emerging risksResponsible Sourcing Program LeadershipProvide strategic oversight of Autodesk’s Responsible Sourcing programSet program direction, priorities, and success metrics aligned to ESG commitmentsEnsure responsible sourcing expectations are embedded within category and supplier strategiesMonitor progress through executive reporting and dashboardsSupplier Relationship ManagementSponsor strategic supplier relationships across Corporate Services categoriesEstablish governance models and performance scorecardsDrive accountability through executive engagement and quarterly business reviewsEnable supplier innovation, performance improvement, and risk mitigationTransformation and Maturity BuildingServe as a member of the Sourcing and Procurement Leadership Team, shaping the organization’s strategic roadmapLead cross functional initiatives that improve sourcing speed, decision quality, and stakeholder experiencePartner with Procurement Operations and Finance to strengthen visibility to demand, pipeline, and supplier economicsSupport adoption of digital enablement and analytics to improve transparency and execution velocityQualificationsTwelve or more years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commercial leadershipFive or more years leading global teamsDemonstrated success managing complex services categories at enterprise scaleStrong commercial and financial acumen with advanced negotiation experienceProven ability to influence senior stakeholders in matrixed environmentsExperience operating in transformation or maturity build organizationsExcellent executive communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fieldAbility to travel fifteen to twenty percentPreferred QualificationsExperience leading Responsible or Sustainable Sourcing programsTechnology or SaaS industry experienceMBA or advanced degreeStrong analytics orientation with experience translating insights into actionAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $145,000 and $260,150. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
