This high visibility role partners directly with senior leadership in Sales, Operations, and Product to drive profitable growth and improve decision making across the organization.You will build out the FP&A; function, improve our forecasting processes, and deliver insights that shape pricing, customer strategy, and long range planning.ResponsibilitiesLead the annual operating plan, monthly forecast, and long range planning processesPartner with Sales and Operations to analyze pricing, customer/channel/segment profitability, and overall margin performanceDevelop driver based financial models and dashboards to improve forecasting accuracy and business visibilityPartner closely with finance teams across Canada & The U.S.A. to build a deep understanding of business performance, operational drivers,
