We are currently seeking Welders/Fitters for Structural Fabrication and Bucket shop. Positions available: 2

- The candidate must have a min. of 3 years experience.
- Must have a Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) National certificate
- Must have a valid welding ticket in FCAW/GMAW.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driver’s abstract.
- Must be able to report to a team leader to take direction and work independently in a fast-paced work workplace.

Job Type: Full-time, Shop work

Required education:

- High school or equivalent
- Trade School

Duties include:

- Readand interpret blueprints or welding process specifications.




- Operatemanual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments usingprocesses such as gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), gas metal arc welding(GMAW), flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), plasma arc welding (PAW), shielded metalarc welding (SMAW), oxy-acetylene welding (OAW), resistance welding andsubmerged arc welding (SAW)
- Operatemanual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
- Operatebrazing and soldering equipment.
- Operatemetal shaping machines such as brakes, shears and other metal straightening andbending machines.
- Repairworn parts of metal products by welding on extra layers.
- Strong communication skills in English is an asset
