UHN is looking for a Surgical Events Coordinator to facilitate cutting-edge surgical training events at its Temerty Advanced Surgical Education & Simulation Centre. This temporary full time position involves managing event logistics, stakeholder communications, and educational program support. Your contributions will enhance surgical training for both local and international participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute surgical training courses and conferences
• Manage sponsor relationships and event logistics
• Support faculty in the development of scientific content




• Monitor and evaluate event outcomes and satisfaction
• Provide hands-on support for event setup and operations
Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Experience coordinating complex events
