Our financial services client is seeking a Procurement Analyst (1-2 years of experience) to process technology asset requests using ServiceNow and PeopleSoft

Join an asset management team supporting enterprise technology procurement and asset lifecycle operations across a large-scale banking environment. This role supports the acquisition and delivery of technology equipment while managing procurement requests, invoice validation, and vendor coordination activities. The position works closely with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers in a high-volume operational environment supporting over 40,000 employees. Initial onboarding and training will be completed onsite.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, Tuesdays and every 2nd Friday of the month. 5 days/month.

Must Have Requirement:

- 1-2 years of experience supporting procurement and/or asset lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, specifically ticket management.
- Understanding of technology geared towards desktop assets.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with purchasing tools such as Coupa. Equivalent tools would also be considered.
- Prior experience working within an FI or highly regulated industry. Strong asset.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including internal parties and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

- Receive and process requests for technology goods and services




- Consult with clients on alternative solutions aligned with internal standards and policies
- Coordinate with internal business partners and external suppliers on delivery of technology equipment
- Validate invoices and maintain documented audit trails for non-requisitioned services
- Review and manage technology asset requests within the ServiceNow queue
- Place procurement orders in PeopleSoft following validation of client information and allocation principles
- Manage requests from procurement through delivery while coordinating updates with customers, vendors, and onsite contacts
