Establish a key role with Backwoods Security Services as an Experienced Security Guard at our industrial facility. Safeguard clients through access control and continuous monitoring of premises.
We are looking for security professionals local to Calgary with industrial experience for this full-time role. You will be responsible for maintaining safety protocols, inspecting the facility, and ensuring compliance with security regulations. Your expertise will help contribute to the larger mission of empowering Indigenous communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct frequent patrols to ensure site safety
• Monitor and inspect buildings for security compliance
• Control access and direct visitors appropriately
• Document daily occurrences and any hazards
• Inspect security vehicles and manage equipment settings
Requirements:
• Hold a valid Alberta Security License
• Minimum one year of experience in industrial security
• Class 5 Driver's License with minimal demerits
• Must have CSTS2020 certification
• Basic First Aid and CPR training preferred
