Big Country Equipment is seeking Fuel & Lube Operators to join their team in British Columbia. These professionals will service and maintain heavy equipment in a mining environment, working rotational 14/14 shifts. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in remote camp settings with fly-in/fly-out arrangements. Perks & Perks

$37.50/hr base wage (OT at $56.25/hr) 14/14 rotation, 12-hour shifts Paid flights from any major airport in Canada Shared accommodations provided at no cost Travel allowance upon arrival and departure Night shift premium ($1.25/hr) Tools provided What You’ll Need

At least one year of experience operating a fuel and lube truck (preferred) Experience with Caterpillar, Komatsu, John Deere, or Hitachi equipment (asset)



Technical and mechanical aptitude Ability to complete detailed paperwork Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, in all weather conditions Ability to reside in remote camps on a rotational schedule Valid Class 5 Driver’s License Clean 5-year driver’s abstract Pass an 8-panel drug test (including marijuana) and alcohol breath test Pass a Criminal Record check Proficient in English (verbal and written) Ability to lift 50 lbs. comfortably Provide at least 2 direct supervisor references What Will Make You Stand Out
