Responsibilities

- Revenue Growth
- Convert new patient inquiries into booked assessments

Patient Experience

- Welcome patients
- Create memorable first impressions
- Handle complaints professionally
- Ensure every patient feels valued

Scheduling

- Optimize clinician schedules
- Maintain assessment availability
- Fill cancellations
- Maintain waitlists
- Reduce downtime

Administration

- Insurance verification

Billing

- Accounts receivable follow-up
- Daily reconciliations
- EMR management
- Telephone
- Email
- SMS
- Online inquiries
- Recover cancellations




- Reactivate inactive patients
- Fill clinician schedules
- Promote additional services when appropriate
- Educate patients about available treatments
- Generate Google Reviews
- Encourage family referrals
- Encourage physician referrals
- Promote products including braces, orthotics and supplies

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Experience:

- sales and customer service: 2 years (required)
- Medical office: 1 year (preferred)
