A permanent position, you will provide operational leadership for the communications team while developing plans that resonate with IYR's objectives. Through strategic project management and community engagement, you ensure that communications foster visibility, accountability, and ongoing dialogue with stakeholders and Indigenous communities.

Key Responsibilities:



• Design communications plans that align with organizational goals • Monitor projects using Asana and ensure effective workflows • Oversee digital content quality across various channels • Facilitate community engagement initiatives and events • Draft and refine communications materials for clarity and impact

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years in strategic communications • Leadership experience with team management • Strong knowledge of Asana or similar tools • Proficiency with graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop • Experience in engaging with Indigenous communities is preferred
