About the Position:Currently Technica is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as anElectrical SupervisorinSudbury, ON. The role of the Electrical Supervisor is to provide leadership and supervision to the electrical team and ensure that all construction and maintenance activities are carried out safely in accordance with company procedures and standards.ResponsibilitiesProviding supervision to the electrical team consisting of licensed and apprentice personnelEnsuring production and maintenance targets are metSafe and efficient execution of electrical service, repairs and installationsPlanning, organizing and overseeing daily operations to develop and manage sound electrical workings safely and in accordance with company standards and proceduresQualificationsValid Construction and Maintenance 309a Electrical LicenseActive member in good standing with Skilled Trades OntarioUnderground Common Core TrainingTrained and accredited in the Generic Supervisor Common Core Program (#770141) or Hard Rock Mining Supervisor program3 years of related experience in a supervisory roleWorking knowledge and experience with mechanical and electrical equipment is requiredExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsCommitted to maintaining a safe and efficient work environmentAbility to plan,
