Purpose Supports the execution of independent quality assurance reviews and quality control activities across the Compliance Quality Assurance Review (QAR) Program. The Senior Analyst evaluates compliance programs, processes, controls, and testing files; documents well-supported conclusions; and contributes to consistent methodologies, effective remediation, and continuous improvement across Global Compliance. The role combines hands‑on assurance testing with quality control, analysis, reporting, training support, and stakeholder collaboration. It requires sound professional judgement, disciplined documentation, attention to detail, and the ability to challenge constructively while maintaining appropriate independence. Key Accountabilities Execute assigned QAR and quality control reviews in accordance with approved scope, methodology, timelines, and documentation standards. Assess compliance programs, processes, controls, testing files, evidence, and results against applicable regulatory, policy, and procedural requirements. Perform review activities, including walkthroughs, interviews, evidence review, sampling, control testing, and reperformance. Prepare clear, well‑supported workpapers that document work performed, evidence reviewed, analysis, judgments, conclusions, and exceptions. Identify issues, quality themes, root causes, and improvement opportunities; assess risk and impact and recommend practical actions. Engage with review leads and stakeholders to confirm facts, obtain evidence, resolve questions, and communicate results professionally. Record findings and action plans,



monitor remediation progress, and validate closure evidence in the applicable system. Support the ongoing enhancement of QAR and quality control procedures, tools, templates, training materials, metrics, dashboards, and reporting. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and root‑cause analysis skills, with attention to evidence quality and detail. Transparent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex matters and draft concise workpapers, findings, and presentations. Effective organization, prioritization, collaboration, adaptability, and accountability in a global matrix environment. Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with analytics, visualization, or assurance platforms is an asset. Integrity, discretion, professional skepticism, continuous learning, and a team‑oriented mindset. Education and Experience University degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, law, data analytics, or another relevant discipline. Typically, 3 or more years of experience in compliance, risk management, quality assurance, compliance testing, internal audit, or another financial‑services control function. Practical experience performing control testing, documenting evidence and conclusions, analyzing issues, or supporting remediation monitoring is preferred. Professional designation or progress toward a certification such as CPA, CIA, CAMS, CFE, CFA, CRMA, or comparable accreditation is an asset.
