Collingwood Hyundai is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team in our Store. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring our customers' vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and listen to their concerns about their vehicles

Provide estimates for services and repairs

Schedule appointments for customers and follow up on service progress

Coordinate with technicians to ensure work is completed on time and within budget

Explain repairs and services to customers in a clear and understandable manner

Upsell recommended services and products to customers

Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs





Resolve customer complaints in a skilled and timely manner
