Role Summary

As a member of the Maintenance/Cleaning Staff at Tevah Wellness, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facility is clean, safe, and fully operational. Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will help create a positive and energizing atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

- Facility Cleanliness: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash bins to maintain a spotless environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain wellness equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition and reporting any issues promptly.
- Safety Checks: Conduct routine safety checks to identify and address potential hazards, ensuring a protected workplace for clients and staff.
- Supply Management:



Monitor and replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies, ensuring an adequate stock is always available.
- Client Areas: Ensure client areas, including changing rooms, saunas, ice baths, and common areas, are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to coordinate cleaning schedules and support overall facility operations.
- Special Projects: Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as needed, including deep cleaning and seasonal maintenance.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in maintenance or cleaning roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and cleaning techniques and equipment.
