Noissue is a global custom packaging company on a mission to make sustainable packaging accessible to every business. We operate across Canada, the US, UK, New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong and China, serving tens of thousands of brands — from independent makers to global enterprises — through both B2B and eCommerce channels. Our product range is expanding rapidly, and how we bring those products to market is central to our next phase of growth. The roleThe Product Planning Manager owns the process that takes a product from roadmap concept to commercial launch — and ensures it runs on time, at quality, and with full cross‑functional alignment. To be clear: you do not execute every step yourself. Each stage in the process has a stakeholder who owns the work — Sourcing owns supplier selection, eCommerce owns the PDP build, Brand owns creative, Sales owns pipeline activation. Your job is to own the overarching process: setting timelines, holding stakeholders accountable to them, identifying blockers before they become delays, and ensuring every function knows what is expected of them and by when. You will sit within the Supply Chain & Product function, reporting to the VP. This gives you proximity to Sourcing, Production, and Logistics — the teams whose inputs most directly determine whether a product can ship on time. But your remit is cross‑functional: you are the single point of accountability for the full product lifecycle, from planning through to post‑launch review. This is a high‑leverage role. The pace at which noissue can responsibly expand its product range is a direct function of how well this process is run.The process you ownPhase 1 — Commercial PlanningYou own the process and timeline for this phase. You ensure each step is completed to the required standard, by the right stakeholder, on schedule.Roadmapping —working with leadership and commercial insight to prioritise and sequence the product pipelineProduct concept —ensuring opportunities are translated into clear, well‑scoped product briefsSpec sheet —driving the translation of concepts into manufacturable specifications, working with Sourcing and Supply ChainSourcing —ensuring the Sourcing team identifies suppliers, validates feasibility, and confirms lead times on scheduleCollab orders (eComm or B2B) —coordinating sample and collab orders for content creation, merchandising imagery, and sales enablementPricing —working with commercial leadership to ensure landed pricing supports margin targets and positioningFinal product spec (greenlit)

—confirming readiness to launch with all stakeholders before handoff to GTMPhase 2 — Go‑to‑MarketYou own the launch timeline and coordination. Execution sits with the GTM stakeholders — your role is to ensure the process runs, deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks.PDP build —ensuring eCommerce builds product detail pages to standard and on scheduleMerchandising —ensuring eCommerce and Brand position the product correctly within the rangeSoft launch —tracking the phase where PDPs are live but not yet fully on brand; validating commercial performanceHard launch —coordinating the fully on‑brand launch moment across all channelsMarketing & sales push —ensuring Brand Marketing and Sales execute post‑launch activation on timeCommercial review —running the post‑launch analysis cadence, surfacing what worked and driving iterationsKey responsibilitiesOwn the product planning pipeline as a living document — visible to leadership and cross‑functional teams at all timesSet and manage timelines for every product in the pipeline, holding stakeholders to committed datesRun the cadence of planning, launch, and review meetings that keep the pipeline movingBe the communication layer between functions — ensuring Sourcing, Sales, eComm, Brand Marketing, and Production Ops all know what is expected, by when, and whyEscalate blockers early and clearly — this role is judged by whether timelines are met, not by whether problems are explained after the factOwn post‑launch analysis — track performance against forecast and ensure learnings are fed back into the next planning cycleBuild and maintain the tooling (trackers, dashboards, templates, briefs) that make this process scalable as our product range expandsBe the internal source of truth on where every product in the pipeline sits and what is needed to keep it on trackWhat success looks likeIn your first 3 monthsA clear view of the current product pipeline and launch cadence is established and shared across all stakeholdersThe cross‑functional rhythm (planning, launch, review) is running with Commercial, eComm, Sales, Brand, and SourcingStakeholders understand the process, their role in it,

and the timelines they are accountable toAt least one product has moved through a full planning‑to‑launch cycle under your coordinationIn your first 6‑12 monthsProducts move from concept to greenlit on schedule — the planning process is predictable and trustedLaunch quality is consistently high — PDPs, merchandising, and marketing activation happen on time and on brandPost‑launch reviews are feeding data and decisions back into the next cycle, improving margin and sell‑through over timeLeadership has clear visibility of the product pipeline at all times, with no surprisesThe process scales — more products can move through the pipeline without a proportional increase in coordination effortWhat we’re looking forMust‑haves4+ years in a planning, project management, product operations, GTM or equivalent role — ideally in a product‑led business (D2C, CPG, packaging, fashion, consumer goods, or similar)A track record of driving cross‑functional processes on time, where you owned the timeline but not every deliverableStrong project management instincts — you see ahead, set explicit expectations, remove blockers, and hold others accountable without dramaCommercial literacy — you understand landed cost, margin, pricing, and are comfortable working in spreadsheetsExcellent written and verbal communication — you hold your own with sales reps, sourcing partners, and senior leadership alikeComfort with ambiguity and a bias for action — you are happy to build the process as you run itNice to havesExperience in packaging, print, or a manufactured‑product businessExperience working across multiple geographies and timezonesFamiliarity with HubSpot, Airtable, or similar CRM/PIM toolsExperience working across both B2B and eCommerce channelsWhy this role mattersnoissue is at a stage where our ability to commercialise new products — not just design them — is what unlocks the next phase of growth. This role doesn’t own every piece of the puzzle, but it owns the picture on the box. If you’re the kind of person who gets energy from making sure the right things happen, in the right order, with the right people — and you’re not afraid to chase someone down when they’re late — this is the role for you.Pay & Compensation PackageAnnual base salary of $90,000-$120,000Three weeks of paid annual leaveExtended health insuranceCompany‑provided laptopPlease send resumes to [email protected].
