Office Manager / Deal Clerk

This is a key position responsible for ensuring vehicle deals are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the dealership. The ideal candidate has dealership experience, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Process and review new and used vehicle deals from start to finish Ensure all deal paperwork is complete, accurate, and properly signed Verify purchase agreements, financing documents, registrations, lien information, and other required documentation Maintain accurate deal jackets and customer records Monitor outstanding documentation and funding status Work closely with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Management to resolve discrepancies Assist with accounts receivable/payable and other office administration as required Maintain organized records and ensure dealership procedures are followed Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliation Handle confidential customer and dealership information professionally Support management with additional administrative duties as needed Qualifications

Previous experience in a

dealership office, accounting, administration,



or deal-clerking role is an asset Strong knowledge of vehicle sales documentation and dealership processes Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently while being an effective team member Professional communication and customer-service skills Comfortable working with computers and dealership software Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize in a busy setting Experience with

PBS ,

CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or other dealership management systems
