You will report to your Supervisor and Shift Leads, handling the setup and monitoring of extrusion lines to ensure the highest quality production. Key responsibilities include adherence to safety procedures, maintaining accuracy in weights, and facilitating proper production documentation.

Key Responsibilities: • Efficiently set up and operate blown film extrusion lines • Monitor and maintain proper roll weights throughout shifts • Use materials following set procedures accurately • Complete production reporting daily with attention to detail • Ensure proper packaging and labeling of film products

Requirements: • Must have experience with extrusion; blown film preferred • Eligible to work in Canada with reliable attendance • Able to perform 12-hour rotating shifts • Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted • Fluent in spoken and written English
