Motion Crafters Physiotherapy & Wellness Clinic is a brand-new multidisciplinary clinic in Airdrie. We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Administrator with previous physiotherapy or rehabilitation clinic experience and hands-on knowledge of Jane App to join our growing team. This position is best suited to someone who already understands the day-to-day operations of a physiotherapy clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, payments, direct billing and administrative follow-up. Responsibilities

Welcome patients and provide a professional, friendly experience Answer phone calls, emails and patient inquiries Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments using Jane App Manage practitioner schedules, cancellations and waitlists Complete patient intake and support patient rebooking Maintain accurate patient profiles and clinic information in Jane Process payments, invoices and receipts Complete extended-health direct billing Assist with MVA, WCB and third-party billing Follow up on rejected claims and outstanding balances when required Support practitioners with day-to-day administrative needs Assist with clinic opening and closing procedures Monitor and restock clinic supplies Help maintain smooth patient and clinic flow Maintain reception,



treatment areas, staff areas and washroom cleanliness Clean and disinfect treatment tables, equipment and high-touch surfaces Assist with clinic laundry, towels and linens Required Experience

Previous front-desk or administrative experience in a physiotherapy, rehabilitation or similar healthcare clinic Solid working knowledge of Jane App Experience with physiotherapy scheduling and patient flow Experience with extended-health direct billing Strong communication and customer-service skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Comfortable multitasking in a busy clinic Reliable, professional and able to work independently Experience with MVA and WCB billing is strongly preferred.
