Reporting to the Executive Chef, you’ll prepare meals for our resort's restaurants and special events, catering to dietary preferences such as vegetarian and gluten-free. We welcome applications from youth and early-career cooks who have completed culinary programs or apprenticeships. Full time staff accommodation is available to help you relocate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cook complete meals and individual dishes per established recipes
• Assist with cuisine for buffets and resort events




• Verify food quality and presentation for guest satisfaction
• Manage food rotation to minimize waste
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen environment
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of commercial cooking experience
• Capability to lift heavy items and work on your feet
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays
• Dedicated to maintaining high culinary standards
• Participate in team training and kitchen operations
