In this critical position, you will report to the Senior Director and work closely with a team of six Associate Deans. Your role will focus on managing daily operations, coordinating meetings, and enhancing communication strategies for the Faculty of Graduate Studies. You’ll be responsible for documentation and governance oversight, driving effective service delivery and ensuring a seamless student experience.

Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate administrative tasks for the Senior Director • Schedule and manage governance committee meetings • Support and plan FGS events and team engagements • Update content for the FGS website and academic calendar • Provide training and support to FGS staff on processes

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business or administration • 5+ years of administrative experience in complex environments • Knowledge of UCalgary systems and governance preferred • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software tools
