Senior Agile Program Manager

Pay Rate: $63.00/hour, depending on experience

Raise is currently hiring a

Senior APM

on behalf of our client. This is an prospect to lead large-scale strategic initiatives, drive business transformation, and deliver measurable business outcomes while collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional teams. Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.

Description The Senior APM will lead large, complex strategic initiatives that drive business outcomes and organizational transformation. This role requires strong retail industry expertise, enterprise technology knowledge, and exceptional executive stakeholder management skills.

The successful candidate will partner closely with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to align strategy with execution, influence key decisions, and ensure successful program delivery. Acting as a trusted advisor, they will provide leadership with visibility into program health, risks, dependencies, and key milestones while driving organizational change and delivering measurable value.

Responsibilities Strategic Program Leadership

Lead large-scale, complex strategic programs that support business objectives and organizational transformation.

Develop and execute program strategies, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans.

Align program execution with business priorities and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Drive measurable business outcomes while maintaining delivery excellence.

Program Delivery & Governance

Establish and maintain program governance,



performance monitoring, and reporting processes.

Monitor program health, risks, dependencies, milestones, and overall delivery performance.

Identify and resolve complex program challenges and elevate critical issues when necessary.

Ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability throughout the program lifecycle.

Executive Stakeholder Management

Partner with senior executives and business leaders to align strategic priorities with program execution.

Provide executive-level reporting, recommendations, and visibility into program performance.

Influence key decisions and facilitate collaboration across business and technology teams.

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on strategic initiatives and transformation efforts.

Business & Digital Transformation

Lead initiatives involving enterprise technology, digital transformation, and business process improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage organizational change and transformation.

Apply retail industry knowledge and business acumen to support strategic decision-making.

Drive continuous improvement and ensure successful adoption of program outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong experience leading large-scale, complex strategic programs and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Extensive retail domain expertise and strong business acumen.

Deep understanding of enterprise technology and digital transformation.

Proven experience in executive stakeholder management, influencing senior leadership, and driving strategic decisions.

Strong knowledge of program governance, risk management, dependency management,



and delivery methodologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing enterprise-wide digital transformation programs within the retail industry.

Strong background in strategic planning, organizational change management, and business process improvement.

Experience developing executive dashboards, program performance reports, and governance frameworks.

Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - On-site 4 days per week.
