Key Responsibilities Vehicle Lot Management: Take charge of the inventory of new and used vehicles. Fleet File Management: Maintain and track accurate records for commercial and fleet vehicle accounts. Sales Appointment Booking: Respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments for the sales team. F&I Support: Assist in preparing and organizing administrative files for financing and insurance. Delivery Assistance:



Support the vehicle handover process to ensure a smooth and memorable customer experience. Qualifications & Requirements Background in customer service or administration (experience in the automotive industry is a plus). Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities.
