In this position, you'll report to the Director of Health and Wellness, ensuring that residents receive comprehensive and personalized nursing care. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct clinical assessments and maintain care documentation
• Execute resident care/service plans and adjust as needed
• Manage medications following safety standards




• Facilitate family education and care conferences
• Respond to medical emergencies and significant resident changes
Requirements:
• Registered as an RPN in the relevant Province/State
• Experience in senior care environments preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Must hold Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening required
