This on-site position at our Victoria Pharmacy focuses on medication preparation, packaging, and effective organization of delivery operations. By following Pharmacy Standards of Practice, you will engage in meaningful work with a results-oriented team. Knowledge in Kroll and eMAR systems is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Input new prescriptions and client data in Kroll
• Process refill requests using Kroll software
• Provide qualified customer service over phone inquiries
• Conduct third-party adjudications for accurate billing
• Ensure all tasks meet established order cut-off times
Requirements:
• Pharmacy Assistant experience or relevant certification preferred
• Strong familiarity with Kroll and eMAR systems
• Competency with Microsoft Office tools
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication capabilities
