True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for an Ice Crew Team Member to join our team at hockey for all centre.

The Ice Crew is the individual who is responsible for assisting the Operator with the day-to-day operations of the facility

What to be excited for in this role:

- Carry out maintenance in the arenas to ensure cleanliness and safety of benches, floor matting, gates and handles.
- Ensure that rooms are clean and undamaged before every group.
- Sweeping/mopping as needed.
- Replenishing supplies as needed.
- Maintain the exterior of the building including grounds and parking lot.
- Assist with ice resurfacing.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

What we need from you:

- Strong interpersonal skills and works well in a team environment. Works well with all levels of employees.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be flexible and adaptable.
- Must be able to walk or stand for long periods while completing tasks.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- General knowledge in the maintenance field is an asset.
- Reliable transportation to and from hockey for all centre is required,



as hockey for all centre is not located on a Winnipeg Transit route.
- Age Requirement: 17+
