Designed for current students, especially those in education, this role offers the chance to teach and promote technological skills among peers and faculty. The Technology Coach will provide essential support and guidance, fostering an interactive and welcoming environment for learning. You will work flexible hours, fulfilling shifts ranging from 3 to 37.5 hours each week, with the goal of enhancing digital skills for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide students in utilizing educational technology effectively
• Collaborate with Faculty of Education on technology use




• Deliver excellent customer service and tech support
• Host training sessions to boost digital literacy
• Maintain availability for 3-hour shifts during weekdays
Requirements:
• Must be an enrolled student at the University of Alberta
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and flexibility skills
• Preferred status for undergraduate education students
• Capability to handle part time scheduling
• Experience in an office environment is advantageous
