In this role, you’ll focus on cleanliness and member interactions to fulfill Fit4Less’ commitment to a friendly and clean workplace. Your responsibilities will include executing cleanliness tasks, aiding in membership education, and maintaining a positive workplace culture. Your efforts will directly enhance member experiences at the club.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to club cleanliness standards daily
• Interact positively with members and guests
• Promote Fit4Less memberships and amenities
• Report any deficiencies to management
• Engage in daily communication and training
Requirements:
• High School diploma or currently working towards it
• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• WHMIS and First Aid certification is a plus
• Ability to manage stress effectively
