The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for civil construction projects and supporting the bidding process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects

Review and analyze project plans, specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project scope

Collaborate with project managers and clients to develop competitive bids

Use Bluebeam and Procore to support estimating and project-related activities

Obtain and evaluate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors

Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing

Assist with project management activities to ensure estimates align with project requirements





Maintain accurate and organized estimating records, documentation, and bid information

Monitor pricing and market conditions within the civil construction industry

Qualifications & Requirements

3+ years of construction estimating experience, preferably in civil infrastructure

Robust knowledge of civil construction estimating and pricing

Proficiency with Bluebeam and Procore

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications

Strong negotiation and analytical skills
