Specialist, Maintenance Data and ReportingGreater Sudbury, Canada | Posted on 05/27/2026Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Specialist, Maintenance Data and Reporting to join our team at Levack Mine!The Specialist, Maintenance Data and Reporting, is responsible for supporting maintenance business administration functions across Magna Mining’s operations. This position provides administrative support related to asset management systems, maintenance documentation, reporting, equipment records, and digital business process integration. The Specialist, Maintenance Data and Reporting will act as a key support resource for JDE system administration data management, and continuous improvement initiative across maintenance and operational departments.All Magna Mining team members are expected to work collaboratively with others, lead the way in health and safety, act with honesty, integrity, and foster an entrepreneurial spirit in pursuit of excellence.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support for maintenance and operational activities.Support the business as a JDE super user once proficient, including system support, training, data entry and KPI reporting.Design, maintain, and optimize maintenance reporting structures and dashboards.Develop and maintain maintenance and operational reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.Participate with asset management strategy integration and maintenance system optimization.Maintain accurate equipment records, including equipment additions, removals, transfers,



and updates within company systems.Entry of daily productivity statistics within the maintenance management system.Support Business Objects integration and KPI reporting processes.Participate in digitization initiatives as business maturity increases.Continuously identify opportunities to streamline data-driven processes.Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, procedures, and record retention requirements.RequirementsQualifications: Formal Education, Certifications or EquivalentsPost‑secondary education in Business Administration or experience within an equipment maintenance department using a maintenance management system or a related field preferred.3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance administration or a related field.Experience working in mining, industrial, or heavy industry environments.Experience with business systems, reporting, data management.Experience working with JD E (Ewards) considered an asset.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced operational environment.Robust computer and systems knowledge, including Microsoft Office applications.Ability to analyze data and support reporting requirements.Strong problem‑solving and coordination skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Strong commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and accountability.Results‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.What's in It for You?At Magna Mining Inc. we believe supporting our people is essential to our success.
