boutique area and waiting area are properly maintained and stocked; - Order office supplies and beverages; - Close batches, balancedaily reports and transfer receivables to accounting; - Ensure availability ofcash in the register and notify the person in charge; - Prepare customerinvoices and verify invoices daily.Qualifications -- High school diploma required, office administration training (a significant asset); - At least two (2)yearsof experience in a similar role; - Possess Marketing and social media experience; - Languages spokenand written: English, Cantonese & Mandarin; - Committed to thewell-being of the client; - Effective communication skills; - Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration; - Integrity and trustworthiness; - Shows initiativeand autonomy; - Able to plan andcoordinate activities; - Demonstrates rigor, reliability, and flexibility.Our core values -We care about our employees.
