Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard members while promoting digital banking tools
• Guide members through introductory investment needs clearly
• Provide personalized assistance on credit applications and accounts




• Process simple estate account requests accurately
• Achieve targets for member referrals and branch success
Requirements:
• A minimum of a grade twelve diploma with 2-3 years of finance experience
• Strong customer interaction and analytical skills
• Comfort in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Required experience in a financial institution
• Knowledge of Credit Union services is beneficial
