propose improvements and solutions to problems arising during installationEnsure the quality of the customer experience by:* Following through on commitments to customers and internal colleagues* Listening to customers concerns and issues.If required, address the customer’ complaint by following the proper chain of command* Providing on-time completion of installations* Ensuring no damage is caused in the dental office or to the equipment during installation* Ensuring the equipment is installed correctly as per manufacturer specifications* Ensuring a safe work environment by understanding and following safety procedures and reporting injuries or unsafe acts to our health and safety managerQUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENT* Expertise in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic or mechanic will be considered as an asset.* 1 year experience in customer service* Comfortable to use hand and portable power toolsSkills* Strong communication skills* Continuous learning mind-set* Excel in customer support* Attention to detail* Ability to lift or move items up to 50 lbs.POSITION SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTSWork is mainly performed at customer sites. Must hold a valid Canadian driver’s license and a positive driving record. Flexibility to accept periodic overnight travel and evening/weekend work. This position requires lifting and carrying heavy equipment.The targeted hiring range for this position is $60k-$70k.
