Your Role as Scheduling and Project Controls Specialist: Choose your own adventure! Let's talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As the Scheduling and Project Controls Specialist, your role will include:

Developing and maintaining project schedules for a wide variety of architectural, engineering, and construction projects while tracking milestones, progress, and critical path activities.

Providing project controls support through resource planning, workload forecasting, schedule performance monitoring, dashboard development, executive reporting, and project health reviews.

Supporting project teams during construction by reviewing contractor schedules, evaluating schedule impacts and delay claims, participating in progress meetings, and providing schedule-related recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Driving continuous improvement by developing project controls standards, templates, and best practices, while coaching project teams on schedule development, analysis, and effective project delivery practices.
