Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our expanding team as a Senior Director in our Patent Analysis and Reverse Engineering division. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on involvement in client relationships,



project management, and technical analysis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding or quick ability to grasp our work, with a significant background in patent law and operational expertise. Most of our work involves semiconductors, circuits, signal analysis, wireless, and electronics. The ideal candidate will also have exposure to understanding patent claims and/or project management. Responsibilities: Lead and manage reverse engineering investigations based on the requirements dictated by a patent claims or other IP-related criteria. Deliver evidence of use, also known as claim charts, to support the findings and conclusions of the investigations. Work with internal and external personnel to deliver timely results to a client. Work with internal and external laboratories to obtain data for the investigations. Handle both low-level and executive-level work on the same
