In this role at GEOX, you'll report to the Store Manager and be an ambassador for our brand, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that store operations are seamless. You will engage customers with your product knowledge and assist with various store responsibilities including inventory management and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support inventory management practices and stockroom organization
• Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain security
• Adhere to health and safety standards for all staff




• Organize store areas for productive operations and customer experience
• Communicate effectively with management about key tasks and store metrics
Requirements:
• High School diploma or experience in retail
• Minimum 2 years in a customer-focused retail position
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with retail technology and Microsoft Excel
• Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
