This position focuses on gathering requirements, coordinating intake-to-delivery processes, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The Manager ensures outputs are accurate, validated, and aligned with organizational standards while providing visibility into upcoming initiatives and supporting documentation and training to drive adoption.Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define reporting needs, and translate them into actionable BI solutions and projectsServe as the primary liaison between BI and stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication throughout the reporting lifecycle.Coordinate and prioritize reporting requests, including urgent needs, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with strategic goalsEnsure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of reporting outputs that meet firm standardsPlan and manage the reporting release schedule to maintain consistency, transparency, and stakeholder confidenceDrive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and responsiveness of reporting operationsDefine and uphold standards for design, terminology, documentation,

And when all this comes together, well that's when the magic happens!Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related fieldAccounting background considered a strong assetMinimum 5 years professional experienceExperience with D365 Finance & Operations (preferred)PMP or equivalent project management certification preferredWorking knowledge of BI tools and technologies (e.G., SQL, Tableau, Power BI), data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts (an asset)Proven ability to manage BI projects from intake to delivery, including coordinating timelines, facilitating requirement gathering,

To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $94,300–$129,700 in Toronto, ON.
