Design and implement IT Service Management solutions following established policies and standards Provide technical leadership in system integration and application development Work with clients, project managers, and systems management teams to define scope of work and provide cost and schedule estimates Review internal artifacts and vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with solution requirements Lead and contribute to architecture, design, and code reviews for IT Service Management solutions Troubleshoot production and test issues, perform root cause analysis, and lead resolution efforts Perform code deployments across 15 ServiceNow instances and provide off-hours maintenance and 24x7 support
