As a senior member of the architectural team, you will take the lead on technical coordination and delivery across projects of varying size and complexity. Working closely with project leadership, you’ll oversee drawing production, detailing, and specifications while ensuring work meets applicable building codes, standards, and internal quality requirements. What you'll need to succeed

Master’s degree in Architecture OAA membership 10+ years of experience within an architectural practice, including experience on large or complex projects Strong background in commercial and industrial projects Proven technical leadership, team management,



or mentorship experience Advanced Revit and BIM capabilities Strong knowledge of building systems, construction, detailing, and industry standards Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex technical challenges Strong communication and collaboration skills What you'll get in return

A competitive compensation package comprised of a base salary between $100k-$120k (negotiable based on experience), an annual bonus between 5-10%, 4 weeks' vacation, additional paid personal/sick days, a standard health and benefit package, a wellness spending account, education funding allocation and a hybrid work environment.
