The ideal candidate should possess a two-year diploma in fields like Early Childhood Education or Practical Nursing. Experience using technology to enhance learning, such as Google Classroom, is also required. Your ability to work effectively in a team and apply behavior modification strategies will be essential for helping students succeed.
