As a Senior Data Team Lead, you will provide daily guidance to Data Engineers and Power BI Developers, ensuring that project goals are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll also engage closely with Project Managers and Data Architects to transform designs into actionable outcomes in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage day-to-day delivery for data teams and developers • Convert project priorities into explicit work items • Monitor alignment of technical work with project deliverables • Address delivery risks and dependencies proactively • Assist in development and troubleshooting of data solutions

Requirements: • 6-10+ years in data engineering or analytics • Proficient in SQL and data transformation techniques • Experience with Azure and DevOps practices • Background in mentoring and team support • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
