What are the Responsibilities?

As our Parts Associate,



you'll be the go-to person keeping our Parts department running smoothly — helping customers and technicians find exactly what they need, when they need it.

- Answer calls and help customers at the parts counter with a smile
- Track down the right parts and get orders processed and shipped
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, keeping inventory accurate
- Help prepare quotes and keep billing and truck stock on point
- Keep our Road Technicians stocked up and ready to roll
- Pitch in wherever the team needs a hand

What are the Requirements?

- High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2–5 years of relevant experience (heavy equipment, truck & transport, automotive, industrial…we’ll look at any relevant parts exposure!)
- Bonus points if you know your way around material handling parts and accessories
- Comfortable in MS Excel, no need to be an expert
- Present a knack for staying organized when things get busy
- Must be a team player with great people skills; this is a smaller branch, the crew works together to ensure smooth operations and successful customer delivery.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and keep up with a hands‑on role
