Wage:

$50-$60/hour

Position Overview We are seeking an

Intermediate Trainer

to support a

Procurement System Modernization

project. The successful candidate will develop and deliver training to help employees successfully adopt current systems, processes, and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Assess training needs and develop role-based training strategies.

Design and deliver

in-person, virtual, blended, and self-paced

training.

Create training materials including e-learning, videos, job aids, quick reference guides, and digital support resources.

Facilitate training for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Translate complex systems and processes into clear, easy-to-understand training.

Collaborate with business teams, technical teams, subject matter experts, and vendors.

Manage multiple training projects, deadlines, and deliverables.

Maintain accurate, accessible, and up-to-date training materials.





Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and results.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior trainers.

Qualifications

Experience developing and delivering training in a

corporate, government, or enterprise environment .

Strong instructional design and adult learning knowledge.

Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience creating a variety of learning materials and resources.

Ability to explain complex technical or business concepts in simple terms.

Strong organization and project management skills.Comfortable using digital learning, multimedia, collaboration, and AI-enabled tools.
