Klick Group in Toronto is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to advise on employment law across Klick’s offices and jurisdictions, partnering with People Practices, Finance, Operations, and Legal & Contracts to manage employment risk and compliance. The role supports general corporate matters, drafts and negotiates MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and licensing agreements, and coordinates with external counsel; a JD/LLB and bar admission in Canada or US are required.
