Compensation Range - $150,000 - $165,000This post serves a current vacancyTheDirector, Sales (Retail USA)plays a key role in bringing high-quality food products to consumers across North America. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice-President of Sales, this position is responsible for managing and expanding established relationships within the U.S. Retail Grocery channel. The role will focus on leading strategic growth with major national retail partners while also identifying and developing new omni-channel opportunities within the U.S. market.The successful candidate will leverage existing industry relationships and experience to drive brand growth, expand distribution, and execute strategic sales initiatives.About the OrganizationThis respected Canadian company has a long history of producing premium food products with care and craftsmanship. or HMR channelsKey Responsibilities Lead and grow retail distribution with major U.S. grocery and mass-market retailersDevelop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth, distribution, velocity, and profitabilityManage and optimize broker and third-party sales partners to ensure robust in-market executionUtilize data analytics and retailer platforms to improve category performance and customer resultsIdentify and secure new retail opportunities to expand distribution and market presenceSupport product innovation initiatives and new product launchesManage sales planning, forecasting, and promotional strategiesDrive revenue and margin growth through effective pricing, promotions, and product mix managementAnalyze POS, shopper, and promotional data to support fact-based selling and category growthEnsure effective trade spend management and promotional optimizationProvide executive leadership with regular updates on forecasts, priorities, and market trendsMaintain a strong focus on:Achieving internal sales and margin objectivesQualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field7+ years of progressive sales experience within the Food or Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industryProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and customer portal platformsExperience using CRM tools, POS data systems (e.G., Nielsen/IRI or similar),



and sales planning platformsStrong analytical skills with a high attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environmentValid Driver’s License and PassportWillingness to travel up to approximately 25%We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee all daily operations of our client's food manufacturing facility in the Lower Mainland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, ensuring workplace safety, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee plant operations including production, maintenance and safety.Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize productivity and efficiency.Monitor daily production metrics and take corrective actions when necessary.Lead and mentor plant staff, including department supervisors and team leads.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.Manage the plant budget, including cost control and capital improvement projects.Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on plant performance.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field5+ years of progressive experience in plant or manufacturing operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations for food.Proven experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.If this exciting prospect sounds like it could be of interest to you, please send us your resume today.#J-18808-Ljbffr
